I am happy to accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Please ship items back to me within 30 days.

For a commission doll, please always feel free to communicate any concerns to me during the process.

I will send pictures of work in progress and invite feedback, to make sure you are satisfied with your doll.

I cannot except returns of commissioned/customized items, unless they have been damaged during transit.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value
